Great experience, so glad we did it. Lots of information provided about gondolas and gondoliers. A very smooth experience from start to finish, we loved it. Our guide and gondolier were brilliant!
It was a very pleasant experience! Really easy to book and it was also easy to exchange ticket from the online ticket to a paper one at the ticket station! I would really recommend!
It was a nice experience for a first time. The downside is the waiting time and praying for decent people to share the gondola with.
The ticketing service works a charm. Good value for the money and interesting trips, tours in Venice. Well done to the guides, take time to listen and answer questions even when we had terrible weather..rain, rain.
Very good experience from the moment we were welcomed until the end of the tour. Everything very organized and with a very attentive staff.
Easy to make a reservation on line. Detailed directions on where to meet, to include pictures of the exact location. Great experience.
We didn't have an audio tour. The on-site organization was not up to scratch (we changed the boarding location twice).
The description said that the experience would last 50 minutes but it lasted maybe 20 max. The line to get on the gondola was very long and so we didn't actually get on one until 2:25 (was supposed to be 2) and then it was done by 2:45. It's fine if it's only 20 minutes, but then you should advertise it as such
The ride was said to be with live commentary in Spanish but it was not and it lasted less than 50 minutes...still good because the gondola ride is unique but I would not repeat here.
While we booked an English speaking your. We were grouped with a spanish/English guide. I felt that the English translation was brief and rush through not providing all of the same information. The audio speakers were very crackled and we were unable to hear fully.
Very friendly people. Gondola ride had to be rescheduled due to the weather. This went also very friendly
Good introduction by the guides.
This experience was wonderful, beyond my expectations
Cool one time experience. Felt very touristy.
The hospitality of the gondoliers and their interest in offering us an excellent gondola ride.
Topissime, especially with the guide who was very human, smiling, just adorable 🥰
The guide was kind, attentive, and joyful.
Magnificent ride through the canals. Godoluer pilots by the millimeter and whistles beautifully.
Everything went well. We were taken to the Gondola at the appointed time. A great experience!
We really enjoyed it, it was great! It's worth it

Everything very well organized. Prepared guide r friendly staff. I would only suggest the possibility of extending the stay in Murano.
It was quite a good experience, but sometimes you can think that this trip is not for you. This islands are really small and have almost nothing special. In case you want to buy some souvenirs from glass, the Murano island is perfect for that. The Torcello island totally not worth to visit, it has one church and it is it. The Burano island is colorful, abd contains a lot of tiny streets, you can take some great photos and eat some sweets. It has a lot of souvenirs stores. The rral time on each island is 50 minutes, but it is more than enough to walk around.
Very nice to see the islands quickly. It says 75minutes per island but it was only 45, we didn't have much time to visit the cities. 30€ is for the boat only, no activity is prepared, it's only free time (except for glass blowing demonstration). The guide was nice but the microphone was way too loud.
Beautiful tour and great price. However, it was not specified that at the meeting point we needed to go to the ticket office, rather I expected a recognizable person to take us directly to the boat. In addition, I had changed the time a week before with confirmation email and new tickets, but at the ticket office they told me we were marked for the earlier time and I by showing the new tickets I am told "the tickets say what they want". The guide unfortunately cannot hear well when he speaks in the boat.
The islands are beautiful to discover and the tour well organized.
Nice experience with beautiful houses and views ✨
Glass blowing at the Mazzucato Furnace
Friendly staff, easy access.
The guide was not giving clear/easy to understand instructions about the boarding times and rushed the tour.
Reliable, kind and professional staff
Beautiful experience, but very little time spent on the islands.
Top-notch experience, the only downside being that we didn't have enough time on each island.
The islands are wonderful but we had very little time to visit them (50 minutes for each)

Rita was brilliant and so knowledgeable!!! We loved it and would recommend to anyone. Do this tour on your first full day so you can embrace the rest of Venice with more knowledge in your back pocket.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and kind. We really enjoyed the tour. I would definitely recommend the early access tour since it gets super busy after 9. Five Stars!!!
Fantastic guide. She was so knowledgeable and able to move us from one site or room to another without the slightest pause. Engaging and informative. Absolutely stellar.
Very well organised, meeting place easy to find. The best part, though, was our tour guide - Gina. She was engaging, witty, informative, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the tour unforgettable!
Great tour, guide was very funny and knowledgeable
Eliza was an excellent guide and we really enjoyed the amazing artefacts and history. Thanks
Lot of crowd at the venue made it difficult to identify and location of the venue and reach it.
Our guide was fantastic. Gave us a total understanding of the development of Venice.
Walking across the bridge of signs was the highlight for me.
Excellent tour guide, shows knowledge and experience!!. Service needs more organization for the package requested.

That the tour didn't start at the Doge's Palace but already above St. Mark's Square with a lot of background knowledge. The process from the meeting point and organization to the entrance at the various points. Very understandable and expert explanations.
Phillipo was a terrific guide and we learnt lots from him about Venice and its history. It was great in a smaller group and to be in the palace with not too many other people. Going from the bottom prisons through to all the levels of government was a great way to understand the system
My wife and I, having arrived in Venice by train only ninety minutes earlier, at the height of our excitement already along the water cab ride to the landing on the Riva degli Schiavoni, at fifteen o'clock on May 18, 2025, move from the nearby hotel to the place agreed upon when we purchased tickets online for direct access to the magnificent monument. One of the efficient and courteous young people at the Tour Shop in Campo San Zaccaria escorts to the southern portico of the Doges' Palace the group of those who, like us, had booked the tour and entrusts them to the various experts, depending on the nationalities of those present. Professional and clear, our Italian guide begins by telling us about the symbolic value, for the city, of Mars and Neptune, whose statues stand in the courtyard at the top of the Scala dei Giganti: the two classical deities are expressions of Venice's power both on land and sea. We ascend to the Gothic loggia, then to the first piano nobile-formerly the Doge's residence-along the Golden Staircase, so named for the gleam of the gold-leaf coverings of its stucco decorations. We continue our visit to the second piano nobile and contemplate the sumptuous vaulting of the Sala del Collegio, embellished with paintings by Paolo Veronese, completed in 1578. Between the two figures of Mars and Neptune is painted the winged lion of St. Mark, symbol of the lagoon city. The "Venetian blond" that characterizes the hair of female figures is highlighted, for example in the allegory of Dialectic, shown in the act of weaving a spider web. "Venetian terrazzo" is the mixture of cement and stone fragments that has been used in the city for floors over the centuries; our guide tells us about it as we stand in the enormous Great Council Chamber. Here, on an entire wall we admire Jacopo Tintoretto's Il Paradiso (Paradise), completed in 1592, crowded with characters, painted - the guide explains to us - on a single 24-and-a-half-foot-long canvas, specially made to be woven by the master. The black panel in the frieze of the doges represents the "damnatio memoriæ" of Marino Faliero, who was beheaded in 1355 for having wanted to conspire against the city's patriciate, aiming at the establishment of a tyrannical regime. During the passage in the Bridge of Sighs - in which in the past the condemned from the court to the prisons called the Wells passed - our escort tells us about the escape of Giacomo Casanova in 1756 from the Piombi, cells located higher up, under the roof of the palace. I am convinced that it would have been difficult to receive a warmer and more competent "Welcome to Venice!" than the one Headout reserved for my wife and me upon our arrival in the Serenissima.
False marketing. Paid for and was advertised as "mystery and secrets tour" which included the various places on the secret itinerary on the website and the tour was just a basic tour. Complete rip off
Very well organized. Our guide explained the history of the Doges' palace with passion. It was interesting. I recommend it.
Elena was outstanding!! The best guide we could have. Thank you so much for being fun and helpful. We definitely recommend her to other people.
The welcome at the meeting point was good and friendly. We are very satisfied.

Convinient to trace the meeting point with clear instructions. Had all in all very good experience with memorable tour of both the places.
No frills self guided tour. We'll organized and friendly crew. Narrator was quite impressive as she mastered it in multiple languages. Very relaxing, enjoyable tour.
Well organized. Plenty of time to spend at Murano and Burano. Good explanation of islands on the way.
The visit to Murano and Burano is recommended. Two very picturesque places and the explanation of the guide was very clear.
There was no guide in person. There was only one multilingual person on the boat through a loudspeaker. I got on the boat without knowing if I was getting on the right one. A meeting point was marked, but there was no guide to direct and guide me.
We were confused for venue instructions and i called the support team, but no one responded and i missed my trip
We had a very good time and the guide was knowledgeable. I would prefer more time to visit the islands, especially Burano.
I AM SODDOSFATTO THE EXPERIENCE
We have not got the service at all. We came 30 minutes before the tour (as it was mentioned in the voucher) , we were waiting at the meeting point for 3 hours. but the guide was telling us to wait for another boat, but have not offered it at all and we couldn't wait for more hours. And now we are trying to get our money back, but the process is very long - we will not offer to use your company anymore - it was the worst expierence at all.
There was no audio device and the guide used a mic on a moving bus with 100 people making it very difficult to listen to the guide. There were no recommendations, no history about the place and the tour specifically mentioned audio guide but there was no audio device like other tours across Europe.
Beautiful excursion! Highly recommended.

How well the guide has done with very pleasant explanations and you can tell she knows the city very well and a great gondola ride.
It is a good tour, everything depends on your guide. You will not get tired, since the walking part is taking approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. After the guided tour we had a gondola ride. This totally worth it to try. It can be better, than taking a separate gondola ride (from price perspective), because this tour might cost 45 euros, but the inly one gondola ride is 39 euro.
The tour itself was great as was a the gondola ride! Both the guide and the gondolier were very pleasant. Our issue was with the male staff member at your meeting point. Admittedly, we were late for the tour as we had trouble navigating from our cruise ship to the meeting point. When I asked him where we could meet them, he very reluctantly gave me an address for my google maps and sent us on our way WITHOUT THE HEADSET. His complete attitude from the first moment was rude and condescending.
A very informative tour away from the main attractions.
The tour guide never showed up & we were very disappointed. We waited for over an hour & asked 10 different people if that was the correct location & we confirmed we were at the correct address & no guide showed. I would appreciate a refund since we were left abandoned waiting for someone to show up. Very unprofessional! We are very disappointed & I spent good money on a tour that didn't happen. Show
Amazing, we liked our captain and how highly experienced he was
Marco, our waking tour guide was amazing. His dry wit made the tour super enjoyable. We also enjoyed the gondola ride, we had great weather for it!
The walking tour was very interesting, but the gondola tour was terrible, the gondolier didn't even say hello during the ride.
The city tour was excellent! Unfortunately the gondola ride was disappointing, the gondolier was very unfriendly and obviously didn't feel like it.
Ticketing and walking tour was good. Gondola ride was so-so.
It was a great experience and very informativ
The meeting point wasn't specific. The maps gave us two different locations, so we kept going back and forth trying to find the group. At one point, we were at the right spot 5 minutes before the tour started, but I guess the group left early. The tour guide should’ve had a flag or worn specific clothing. My friend and I are still waiting for a refund.
The city tour was competent and very informative, entertaining and fun. The technology worked well and the guide was easy to understand. The pace of the tour was appropriate. The subsequent gondola ride was somewhat shortened and not the route as advertised but quite okay.

We had a ton of trouble finding the office to meet our guide. Google maps wasn't working well and we just kept going in circles around St Mark's Square. We asked military, regular police, and other shop owners for help but ended up finding the office 30 minutes after our tour departed for the Basilica. Thankfully, we were able to catch up to our party in the Basilica. For whatever reason, when going through the Doge Palace, those of us who were going on the gondola ride, had to leave the group and return on our own later to see the rest of the tour. The timing seemed to be too tight. The guide was great, but the timing was just off for the whole day. When we went on the gondola, the gondolier spent the whole time yelling at the other gondoliers and joking with them. It was like a bad Disneyland ride. We were one gondola after another just making a circle back to the meeting point. I think the only thing that was pointed out to us was where Mozart had stayed.
Really enjoyed the tour and liked our tour Guido Gloria
We had the chance to See many venues and sightseeing. In my opinion the islands need some more time to discover them adequately
The well-organized tour allows you to visit the main attractions of Venice in one day. Very knowledgeable tour guides. Recommended!
Giovana was the loveliest guide you could wish for. Her excitement, despite having likely done hundreds of these tours, was contagious. She paid great attention to detail while also ensuring that every person in the group felt included. The equipment quality was excellent, with clear audio throughout the tour. Giovana provided just the right balance of historical context and insights into current life and events. We loved every moment. Our gondolier was also praiseworthy. Despite being a young man, he was knowledgeable without being overbearing. Although we can’t recall his name, the boat was called ‘Luca,’ and he was stepping in for his father. A delightful experience with a charming young man.
The guide was excellent and everything was great until the end. When we went on our gondola ride we did not go by the bridge of sigh and the gondolier was on his phone the whole time. Not only was it bad enough that he was on the phone, he had it on speaker so we could hear the woman he was talking too. Missing out on the bridge and the phone ruined the entire experience.
The audio downloads are a nice compliment to the tour.

Tour guide great - the new regulations with the balcony unfortunately very opaque and difficult to understand.
The guide was very well informed, and obviously really enjoyed taking the group round. The fast tracking into the basilica was an added bonus
The Basilica was amazing. Beautiful, the view from the terrace is beautiful. If you have the Basilica and Doge tour together, you are no able to visit the terrace.
It was a bit difficult to find the right group in the beginning due to some confusion with the booking. The guide was very competent and friendly.
Tour guide Information was clear. Would recommend.
Our guide was fantastic, knowledgeable and kind.
Efficient and effective. Excellent guide
Our guide was so sweet and very informative about the basilica and Venice itself. Would definitely recommend!!!!
The experience was good, but very expensive.
What I loved the most about this experience was the clock tower. Our guide really knew the history well.

We are very happy we decided to book this tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgable and very easy to understand. We found it so much better than trying to do it on our own.
Martina is an attentive and passionate guide who described Venice and its history through her Venetian eyes. She shared her knowledge and anecdotes throughout our visit.
A faire aveuglément !! (Ma compagne et moi avons la 40ène).
Valentina was fantastic! She is so knowledgeable and knows so much about the history of Venice! We really enjoyed her tour and would like to have her as a guide again.
The ticketing experience was great. It was easy to get tickets and reserve what we wanted to do along the tour. Separating the walking tour and the guided tours ended up causing some confusion and our group for the guided tour was too large for the tour guide to manage in the crowds in the Basilica. She did an excellent job, but the company placed too many people in her group (she complained about it before we got started) and it distracted from the tour in several situations along the way.
I loved my experience. I believe my tour guide's name was Katarina. She was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and made sure the group stayed together so no one was left behind. Ten out of ten for Katarina specifically.
Achat sur headout sans souci. Prix un peu élevé pour une famille avec 2 enfants mais on ne regrette pas l'expérience (plus de 3 heures). Une visite guidée est incontournable pour profiter pleinement des lieux. Je recommande.
I rarely book tours on trips, but I was so glad that I did. Our guide was awesome and she had some much knowledge. Visiting these beautiful sites are you own would be a shame as you'd miss out on all the history and information. Glad I did it. Plus we skipped the line and walked past hords of people standing in line.
Very interesting and informative. Beat the queues tickets were a real bonus.
Guide was entertaining and really informative and really inclusive of the kids in the group.
Our tour guide Natalia was fabulous. Knowledgable engaging and inclusive. This was a great tour. Thank you

The visit to the glass factory was interesting but most of the time was allowed to visit the shop to buy things. The free time to explore the area was not enough
Excellent trip with friendly, knowledgeable guide. Would highly recommend.
When we went into the booking it said to "show inclusions &important information". I went into this and scrolled down the bottom and it showed "where" with a map which showed "ponte della libertarian" we spent 2 hours looking for the spot. We finally realised we met near st Marks cathedral. We got our own way over hoping that the tour leader would ring like the lovely girl in Amsterdam did as we were at the back of the place and she asked us to walk around to the front. We were hoping if he rang us we could meet him over there but no phone call so we had to do our own thing. Have used this site before and it was wonderful and easy so a bit disappointed Ted with this.
Julia was a very friendly and attentive guide. She gave us all the information about the route and the tour. The demonstration of the Murano factory left something to be desired, it was very simple and extremely quick. I've seen much more interesting ones on TV.
Franky the guide was excellent and we learned a substantial amount about the. Lagoon Glassblowing demo was interesting but could have been longer. Cost of pieces for sale were well beyond our pocket but beautiful. Burano was lovely. The tour time was about right.
The best thing was the guide. There was punctuality, the boat was very good although it is divided into two parts and one of them has a strong smell of fuel. In Murano you dock at the dock of a glass factory where they give you explanations about the manufacturing and then you have very little time to get to know Murano. Murano I didn't like but I did want to buy little things but there was very little time. Burano was nicer and I liked that the guide did not force us to visit the lace factory where most of the group went.
Despite the rain, the islands of Murano and Burano are well worth a visit. Our guide Cecile was very friendly and available to answer our questions.
Great tour guide! Beautiful spots to visit.
our tour guides,Cecilia, and Nichola were amazing. They were both well versed and entertaining. They answered all our questions professionally. We got to Marano visited the glass factory, and had time for a quick stroll. Then Burano we were told the meeting point then brought to the lace demonstration, which is definitely beautiful art. Unfortunately it started to rain and got really windy, but the island looks beautiful even in the rain. I would definitely recommend this tour and if you can get Cecilia and Nicola, you will not be disapointed.
Very friendly and helpful guide. Efficient and punctual service. Only perplexity: we didn't realize it was in English
