It's a beautiful building and the art was amazing. The audio tour was confusing. We often didn't know which room to be in until she started the description and history of the room.

One of the most beautiful and interesting palaces I've ever visited! It is a must see if you go to Venice. Skip the line was great instead of waiting in the August sun. There was also an art exhibition in one of the palace areas which was fascinating and only €2 each! Remember to take cash if you want to see it though

The architecture is amazing. The artwork is very nice. I was never able to orient myself to the audio. It seemed like I started in the wrong place. The numbers and descriptions on the rooms never matched the numbers in the presentation.

Doge’s Palace is an essential destination for visitors to Venice—melding drama, history, and visual splendor. The grandeur of its architecture and the emotional contrast between gilded state rooms and somber prisons craft a compelling narrative of power and justice. Guided tours bring hidden areas to life; self-led visits still impress, though reservation is recommended to avoid long waits.

The sheer magnitude of opulence, scale and Al frescoes were jaw dropping. The curation of the palace offered easy access and historical descriptions and displays made such a difference to the palace experience and it was such a memorable moment which we will never forget of our European summer holiday!

Entry well organized. With a ticket booked online, everything went very quickly despite the bag check. The directions in the audio guide helped us find our way around for the most part. However, we got confused by some building sites and references to pictures that we didn't see.

The experience started on a great note by being able to skip the long line and just go in and start going through the different rooms in the Palace. The explanations of the use of each rooms and of the art in them was also very helpful. Even though it was in July, it was not too crowded. I also enjoyed the views to the city from opened windows and the view from the Bridge of sighs was a highlight. Highly recommended visit when in Venice.

Skip the line tickets were great as we had no waiting, just walked straight in. Easy directions to follow inside the palace for our self guided tour. If you want to see the art gallery then you have to pay a discounted fee of 2 euro per person. Overall loved the Palace & would recommend this activity as a must do in Venice.

I loved how convenient and stress-free the 2-day Vaporetto ACTV pass made exploring Venice! Being able to hop on and off the water buses at any time allowed me to see so many beautiful areas, from the Grand Canal to the smaller islands, without worrying about buying separate tickets each time. One highlight was taking the boat out to Lido and spending time at the beach – such a relaxing change of pace from the busy canals. The views from the boat were incredible, the rides felt smooth, and it was also fun to be among both locals and travelers enjoying the city. This pass truly made the trip memorable and gave me the freedom to enjoy Venice at my own pace.

the fact that you don't have to ask too many questions to optimize your trip is great, and even if you take the wrong vaporetto, you'll quickly find another one. It's not always easy to find the one you're looking for (Murano and Burano, for example), so not thinking you've paid for a trip for nothing is a big plus.

I had a very pleasant experience with the vaporetto in Venice. It is the most practical and authentic way to get around the city, and the views from the Grand Canal are simply spectacular. I appreciated the punctuality, the frequency of the rides, and the fact that it is easy to understand even for tourists. It was also a special feeling to ride alongside the locals, feeling the real pulse of the city. I recommend anyone visiting Venice to try the vaporetto at least once – it is not just transportation, but part of the Venetian charm.

Our friends who visited Venice 2 years ago recommended us to use the transport from the port of Punta Subbiony. Parking at the port was without problems. We bought tickets for 1 day, for the Vaporetto ACTV Water Bus. It was a great choice. Discovering the beauty of Venice was much more interesting. When we were tired of walking, we went on a boat and sailed along the Main Canal. We also visited Murano island. I think the price of €25 per person for 1 day is excellent. Next time, however, we will definitely stay here for at least 2 nights. In other words, you can only taste Venice in 1 day.

We would have been very happy if we had been clearly pointed out to the local organizer, and the address Colonna 5 could have used an explanation that it is located exactly between the 2 beksnnten columns....that was really unnecessary search! The local organizer (Crown Tours) does a great job! You also don't get the audio guide immediately after booking..as described....but only when you get your ticket....then you have to rush to the entrance....15 minutes is definitely too short! There is still room for improvement in the information content#

The "skip the line" type ticket is fine because even though it is chosen by several people anyway it allows access (at least in my experience during a late morning Saturday in May where there were many tourists present) in a few minutes compared to the ordinary line which was very long and slow.

The journey was fantastic except for the fact that we were leaving Venice for the airport instead of leaving the airport for Venice (all good things must end 😀). Only thing that would make this better is if I didn't have to trade my voucher in for an actual ticket, should be able to purchase the water bus ticket right on the app and have the ticket contained within, small inconvenience but not something that would stop me from using Headout again.

Fabulous way to come into Venice. We loved seeing all of Miranda and Venice laid out in front of us and then the trip down the Grand Canal and under the Rialto bridge was amazing. À short walk from Ca Rezzonico stop brought us to our accommodation. On the journey back to the airport we all wanted to travel on the Water Bus again. Staff all very nice and helpful

We actually had an unusual experience...we booked tickets to Murano and 10 minutes into our journey, the small boy near to us was crying and scared. I knew immediately that he was separated from his parents. Through google translate and another person we found out he was German and the nice drivers located his mother's location with the radio/phone to the other water bus drivers. She and the grandfather had gotten off thinking that he was with the grandfather but he was not. We stayed with him and were communicating through google translate that the drivers were getting him back to his mom. It was very emotional and we were very happy with the response of the drivers toward the boy's situation. The one thing that was hard was that, the day after we went to a ticket office near Santa Lucia and told him that we did not see Murano because of the situation. We asked for a replacement trip to Murano and he said "no, you need to write an email."

Skip the line ticketing is the way to go, given the line up of people we saw purchasing tickets. The all day ACTV pass is handy. We had an issue with evening riding. The spot at P. De Roma not the same dock, and no indication to use another one. The return trip from san Marco at S. Zaccaria didn't go where we anticipated it to go, and fortunately it ended up at a stop near us. But we were planning on getting off near the Accademia and walking back. So, better directions would be helpful, or people around to guide you, since the signage wasn't easy to understand.

It was quite a good experience, but sometimes you can think that this trip is not for you. This islands are really small and have almost nothing special. In case you want to buy some souvenirs from glass, the Murano island is perfect for that. The Torcello island totally not worth to visit, it has one church and it is it. The Burano island is colorful, abd contains a lot of tiny streets, you can take some great photos and eat some sweets. It has a lot of souvenirs stores. The rral time on each island is 50 minutes, but it is more than enough to walk around.

Very nice to see the islands quickly. It says 75minutes per island but it was only 45, we didn't have much time to visit the cities. 30€ is for the boat only, no activity is prepared, it's only free time (except for glass blowing demonstration). The guide was nice but the microphone was way too loud.

In addition, I had changed the time a week before with confirmation email and new tickets, but at the ticket office they told me we were marked for the earlier time and I by showing the new tickets I am told "the tickets say what they want". The guide unfortunately cannot hear well when he speaks in the boat.

This tour takes in the main islands outside Venice. The visit to the wind tunnel is interesting. Time on each island is limited, which gives the tour a rhythm, but can give the impression of not taking your time.

Needed some transport from the city to the airport but didn't really want to get the train or bus as we were staying in St Marks square which is a long way from the stations. Easy to book online and compared to a taxi at 200 Euros it's geat value at 70Euros for two people. They pick up from the taxi rank and we're on time with a friendly reception. The boats hold about 10-12 people but plenty of room, the trip takes about 50 minutes to the airport from where we got on which is the furthest stop and picks others up on the way. Well recommended

Only way to enter the historic and beautiful city of Venice is by water taxi. You are missing the essence of the city if you do not use the water taxi. We made reservations at the H10 Palazzo Canova and the water taxi took us to its dock. You can feel the majestic city as you travel from the airport into the Grand Canal. The service was perfecto, thank you for your hospitality and great service.

It's not easy to get to Venice from the airport and to try and figure it out once there is a nightmare. Luckily, we stayed righ on the grand canal and the vaporetto stop was right in front of oyur hotel.

Having these tickets made getting into the attraction really easy with little to no queuing. We had a lovely couple of hours going round the palace and found it interesting even without a formal guide taking us round.

At first I was worried about where I could redeem the ticket. It was all very easy at a ticket machine. The ships arrived on time.

File cut appreciable. The Doges' Palace is a must-see in Venice. 30 euros is the entrance fee. Allow a minimum of 2 hours, or even 3. We recommend it.
