It's a beautiful building and the art was amazing. The audio tour was confusing. We often didn't know which room to be in until she started the description and history of the room.
Very well organised tour sonthat it's not that crowded
Simply beautiful - you MUST have seen it! Great with audioguide ! Also very moderate prices in the coffee house !
One of the most beautiful and interesting palaces I've ever visited! It is a must see if you go to Venice. Skip the line was great instead of waiting in the August sun. There was also an art exhibition in one of the palace areas which was fascinating and only €2 each! Remember to take cash if you want to see it though
Very simple process. It was easy, minimal line and we were inside and were able to start walking around. Definitely worrh it.
The tickets were straightforward to use. It was great knowing we could skip the line as the queues for this can be long. The Doge's Palace is incredible! A must-see in Venice.
Beautiful and fluid Explanations were very detailed We would have liked to have more information on the life of the characters, personalities... To have been able to choose in the pieces if you wanted to hear the story of the paintings or the characters...
Quick admission. Even without an audio guide, there was a lot of information in the Doge's Palace and it was easy to find your way around.
The ambiente was amazing and we got in so quickly and with no complication thanks to the online tickets. No waiting at all.
The architecture is amazing. The artwork is very nice. I was never able to orient myself to the audio. It seemed like I started in the wrong place. The numbers and descriptions on the rooms never matched the numbers in the presentation.
Doge’s Palace is an essential destination for visitors to Venice—melding drama, history, and visual splendor. The grandeur of its architecture and the emotional contrast between gilded state rooms and somber prisons craft a compelling narrative of power and justice. Guided tours bring hidden areas to life; self-led visits still impress, though reservation is recommended to avoid long waits.
The sheer magnitude of opulence, scale and Al frescoes were jaw dropping. The curation of the palace offered easy access and historical descriptions and displays made such a difference to the palace experience and it was such a memorable moment which we will never forget of our European summer holiday!
L'audioguide et le passage du pont des soupirs vers la prison. Les salles d'armes étaient impressionnantes. Bref, tout nous a plu. A découvrir absolument.
Entry well organized. With a ticket booked online, everything went very quickly despite the bag check. The directions in the audio guide helped us find our way around for the most part. However, we got confused by some building sites and references to pictures that we didn't see.
The experience started on a great note by being able to skip the long line and just go in and start going through the different rooms in the Palace. The explanations of the use of each rooms and of the art in them was also very helpful. Even though it was in July, it was not too crowded. I also enjoyed the views to the city from opened windows and the view from the Bridge of sighs was a highlight. Highly recommended visit when in Venice.
We had a wheelchair and so started the tour on the upper floor. We could not easily sync the audio guide with our location. Finally we just read the written descriptions in each room.
Entry with the skip the line feature was wonderful-we just walked right in. The palace is a must see-it was beautiful and the legal history was so interesting
It was hard to get the audio. A very nice girl worked with us for about 20 and finally got it. It had very interesting information and was worth it once we got it to work.
Doge Palace was amazing. The ceilings, artwork and carvings were beautiful. Palace was bigger than expected and not very crowded. The ticket got me in every section except the temporary exhibit. One of the few times when the ticket price was completely worth it.
Skip the line tickets were great as we had no waiting, just walked straight in. Easy directions to follow inside the palace for our self guided tour. If you want to see the art gallery then you have to pay a discounted fee of 2 euro per person. Overall loved the Palace & would recommend this activity as a must do in Venice.
We were able to bypass the very long queue and enter the palace immediately. The visit was really worthwhile. The staff at the Doge's Palace were very helpful, as my husband has a handicap, we were allowed to take the elevator, But the man in their office in Venice was very unfriendly!
The museum Itself. It was imposible to contact any one in your compare The information was incompleted and not precise The e enail does not exit
No line got in right away Nice also the exhibition that you could visit by adding 2 € special bonus to the low price since it is a supplement
Having these tickets made getting into the attraction really easy with little to no queuing. We had a lovely couple of hours going round the palace and found it interesting even without a formal guide taking us round.
The ticketing and entry process was easy! The Doges Palace is a hidden gem yet so very obvious! Really enjoyed the experience.

I loved how convenient and stress-free the 2-day Vaporetto ACTV pass made exploring Venice! Being able to hop on and off the water buses at any time allowed me to see so many beautiful areas, from the Grand Canal to the smaller islands, without worrying about buying separate tickets each time. One highlight was taking the boat out to Lido and spending time at the beach – such a relaxing change of pace from the busy canals. The views from the boat were incredible, the rides felt smooth, and it was also fun to be among both locals and travelers enjoying the city. This pass truly made the trip memorable and gave me the freedom to enjoy Venice at my own pace.
Everything is allright. Im very happy so i see Venice The paper ticket is Super and modern. It was use easy. I offen. For everybody.
Very easy to redeem at the machine and validate at the stands. With the ticket we were able to visit Lido and Murano on different days without stress. It was also nice to just drive around the island without having to pay extra for tour water buses.
the fact that you don't have to ask too many questions to optimize your trip is great, and even if you take the wrong vaporetto, you'll quickly find another one. It's not always easy to find the one you're looking for (Murano and Burano, for example), so not thinking you've paid for a trip for nothing is a big plus.
I loved being able to hop on a boat and go wherever I wanted without having to pay each time. It was very easy to tap on and you didn't have to tap off.
The booking was uncomplicated. The journeys all ran smoothly. The fact that you have to print out the tickets at the machine afterwards was not worth the five euro fee for the online booking. We could have gone straight to the ticket machine.
Carefree use of the water bus all day long without having to buy tickets all the time. It's a very convenient way to explore the city. The ticket worked perfectly at every station. The first time we received the tickets via the code at the machine also went smoothly
Steamboats punctual ,frequent and very comfortable . We walked around for 3 days . I recommend this cheap and very comfortable solution to everyone.
We loved being able to jump on and off the vaporetto system. Highlights were our use on Line 1 on the Grand Canal and trips out to Murano andd Burano.
You can just get in and "ship" off without thinking twice. Unfortunately, the vaporettos were on strike when we arrived, so we had to walk everything with our suitcases 😬.
Venice is always fascinating!!! It pulls you into the heart of its beauty
The best buy of our Italian program...fantastic to hop on & off ferry every day...
Ticket purchase quick and easy. Ships very full but on time
I find it very practical that the stations are also announced.
Everything! A perfect organization.
Punctual, reliable and very friendly!
just jump on vaporetto and out of vaporetto-perfecto
Venice is a great city. With very nice people. An all-round successful weekend.
The facility on the website, and in Venice when you had to walk a long way to get back, is to get on the nearest Vaporetto.
The ease of getting around Venice and its surroundings Murano, Lido.
We used lines 1-3. The 2-day ticket was well worth it.
Unique routes, must do ! Wonderful locations !
Very good connections but very crowded so very good
Easy to book, easy to print out from Actv Automat, enough automats around. The vaporetto line 1 is perfect to reach all must have Seen sightseeing Points Like Marcus place or Rialti bridge and Lido etc. For explorer a must have for small Budget.
I had a very pleasant experience with the vaporetto in Venice. It is the most practical and authentic way to get around the city, and the views from the Grand Canal are simply spectacular. I appreciated the punctuality, the frequency of the rides, and the fact that it is easy to understand even for tourists. It was also a special feeling to ride alongside the locals, feeling the real pulse of the city. I recommend anyone visiting Venice to try the vaporetto at least once – it is not just transportation, but part of the Venetian charm.

We arrived twenty minutes late because we got lost and the group had already left, but the guy who was in the office at the meeting point, very nice, accompanied us to the Basilica of San Marcos to let us in.
The.guide ali was very nice and very good. However we could have saved time by downloading the applications before the appointment..ali would only have had to scan the qr code..... Luckily he had the connection to share the internet, because depending on the cell phone it can take a long time. Interesting experience and top customer service
Perfect handling, uncomplicated and redeemable according to description. Audio guide also easily available in all languages.
Meeting point was changed shortly before the start. Information only by email and not in the app. The guide who led the group to the entrance was not recognizable as an employee of Crown Tours (no purple T-shirt or pennant).
even though the description says it included the audio guide at the basilica the lady at the audio guide booth said my ticket did not include one I had to pay another 28 euros can i claim this back ?
The ticket was available at the posted location and it allowed me to use the shorter line. But the quality of the audio guide was poor for St Mark's. I did not know there were different versions of the Audioguide. This one was put out by the tour company and only gave a summary, no details. I wish I had bought the one sold at the door.
The basilica was beautiful and worth it but wish I would have known we had to go to an entirely different location to get our actual tickets, about 5 minutes past the basilica after already walking 25 minutes to get there with 2 teen daughters
The basic audioguide is not worth the price of 20.euros vs. 6 for buying just.the.row saver which, however, is impossible to find because all slots are bought from agencies :( And the on-site audioguide costs much.less
No barcode on the ticket, so I had to go to a store to get a valid ticket. bad experience.
The experience was incredible; the golden shovel, the museum and the terrace are very worthwhile. The only inconvenience we had was when picking up the tickets, we wanted to pick them up the day before at the pick up point and they wouldn't let us, we had to come back the next day first thing in the morning, queue up and get the tickets.
Picked up tickets easily and showed where to go, skipping all the queues. The basillica was awesome, a must go experience. Granddaughters climbed to the dome after a small queue and cost.
It was amazing seeing St. Mark. Headout was great. Suggest making it clearer as to how to contact ticket transfer person. Very unclear.
Punctuality and very helpful information
The guide was very nice and the St. Mark's Basilica is spectacular but a bit small.
It is good that you are kept informed via verscillende channels (email, whats app)
All very well, the guide was charming
Precious full of gold leaf mosaics
Excelent. The Basilique is beautiful
Well organised and awesome experience at St Mark's
Excellent service and professionalism.
I really liked that I could visit St. Mark's without the long lines. I also quite enjoyed the audio guide!
Unfortunately, the audioguide lasted only a few minutes. For the price we paid, we expected a more substantial audioguide
The cathedral was unique. The artistic representations are something very special. The architecture too.
Easy access. Well organized. Recommend buying tickets in advance.
Nice however with the ticket paid 20 euro mo I expected fi more.

Loved this option for getting to Venice! Just remember to print out your voucher. At the airport follow the signs for the water taxi. A gentle easing into your trip, it's about 2hrs from the airport to San Marco Giardinetti for €18.
Staff on the ship very attentive, warning at every stop, and very friendly helping with luggage. If we return to this airport we will take it without hesitation.
Very well explained and common sense approach to booking. Showed up at counter asked for tickets and was directed where to go.
The journey was fantastic except for the fact that we were leaving Venice for the airport instead of leaving the airport for Venice (all good things must end 😀). Only thing that would make this better is if I didn't have to trade my voucher in for an actual ticket, should be able to purchase the water bus ticket right on the app and have the ticket contained within, small inconvenience but not something that would stop me from using Headout again.
Took longer than expected to reach our stop in Venice . Could not really see out of the windows of boat unless standing up.
It was a quick trip to the airport from our hotel. More direction is needed to obtain the paper ticket needed for boarding from the correct office.
Everything was totally easy! Booking via smartphone and exchanging for analog tickets at the airport worked perfectly. We really enjoyed getting into the mood for our stay by crossing the water to San Marco.
It was great. Very punctual. Thank you.
All of the transportation I took was on time
Quirky way to arrive in Venice.
It worked very well!! It was very straight forward!
I liked the punctuality, the service, the scenery.
Convenient, punctual and fast shuttle
All went as needed, for my 11 year old grand daughter and I - traveling alone!
Impeccable service, friendly welcome and speed
Efficient, polite, no problem at all, will definitely use again.
Simple and punctual transportation.
Everything was fine and smoothly

The ease of getting around Venice and its surroundings Murano, Lido.
The public points of sale also work well and are available everywhere. But due to the extremely high volume of tourists, online booking is more convenient. You don't have to print them out at the ticket machine online either.

You need a ticket machine to get the ticket via QR code or manual entry. Is uncomplicated and simple
We actually had an unusual experience...we booked tickets to Murano and 10 minutes into our journey, the small boy near to us was crying and scared. I knew immediately that he was separated from his parents. Through google translate and another person we found out he was German and the nice drivers located his mother's location with the radio/phone to the other water bus drivers. She and the grandfather had gotten off thinking that he was with the grandfather but he was not. We stayed with him and were communicating through google translate that the drivers were getting him back to his mom. It was very emotional and we were very happy with the response of the drivers toward the boy's situation. The one thing that was hard was that, the day after we went to a ticket office near Santa Lucia and told him that we did not see Murano because of the situation. We asked for a replacement trip to Murano and he said "no, you need to write an email."
Booking on the Internet was very advantageous, as we were able to read the procedure at our leisure and were already aware of it on site. And everything worked exactly as described on the Internet.
The ticket is super practical. Important: you must first have real tickets, which you can have created at the bus stop, for example. Then you can travel by water bus, train, etc. 24 hours from the time you create the ticket. Really indispensable in Venice!
Considering the size of the crowds, our water bus arrived at our destinations in a timely. I did not take into account the numerous stops, but I planned ahead. It would also be nice to have more english sineage. Great service, thanks.
I just used my ticket to travel between stops on the Grand Canal, Venice. Purchasing the ticket online and tagging on was fine, no problems. Will probably use you again when I come back to Venice - maybe next year?
The machine was in the middle of the sun, you couldn't see anything. That's why we opted for online tickets. We didn't realize that they would still have to be redeemed at the machine.
Skip the line was good (but not necessary on a Saturday in July). We did not have time to get our moneys worth out of the day boat pass. It would have been cheaper and easier to purchase single boat rides from the automated kiosks. But still beautiful!
Our friends who visited Venice 2 years ago recommended us to use the transport from the port of Punta Subbiony. Parking at the port was without problems. We bought tickets for 1 day, for the Vaporetto ACTV Water Bus. It was a great choice. Discovering the beauty of Venice was much more interesting. When we were tired of walking, we went on a boat and sailed along the Main Canal. We also visited Murano island. I think the price of €25 per person for 1 day is excellent. Next time, however, we will definitely stay here for at least 2 nights. In other words, you can only taste Venice in 1 day.
The help from tha staff was excellent. I had the wrong ticket, and was offered to buy a ticket for only 19 euros. Thanks a lot to the kindest staff on board
It must be harder to use the vaporetto because you do not wann to walk around the city if you have ticket for all day :)
I visit Venice twice a year and use the vaporetto. This year even three times. I think it's good that the fares have remained stable so far.
A beautiful day trip to Murano, Burano and Torcella with the 3-day water bus ticket. Get on and off where you like. Everything is very easy. At night through the Canalegrande
The ticket worked fine, but it would have been cheaper to buy it on the spot. It also didn't save time since you have to collect it from the ticket machine anyway.
easy access and more precision using Google maps for orientation and precise timetables when you can't find a nearby place to board.
Friendly staff, which ship goes where, could be better labeled, link to search for the exchange machines of the online ticket in bus ticket did not work in the PDF. Ship is very noisy otherwise great transportation system
Skip the line ticketing is the way to go, given the line up of people we saw purchasing tickets. The all day ACTV pass is handy. We had an issue with evening riding. The spot at P. De Roma not the same dock, and no indication to use another one. The return trip from san Marco at S. Zaccaria didn't go where we anticipated it to go, and fortunately it ended up at a stop near us. But we were planning on getting off near the Accademia and walking back. So, better directions would be helpful, or people around to guide you, since the signage wasn't easy to understand.
Everything went perfectly, one very small sore point, I did not know where to change the reservation to a physical ticket, meeting a conductor in the streetcar and asking her for an explanation, I received a very dry and tending very much to the testy answer just because she told me she was not on duty. I repeat otherwise everything was ok

The Vaporetto Pass for 3 days was brilliant. Easy to use, many connections available. Made sightseeing between the Lido and Venice very easy.
We used the one-day pass and the truth is that it is quite good for getting around if you are short of time.
No queue Ticket had to be printed out with code In the age of cell phones incomprehensible 😟
Vaporetto ride a great experience

This is our first time traveling via rail in Europe and we had a wonderful time. We only experienced one late train which is saying a lot. We wish transportation worked this well in the US as we would use it much more than driving.
The ease of the app makes booking and changing travel so quickly
We are a family of eight, and the Eurail Pass made our European trip incredibly smooth and budget-friendly. From the very first day, everything was easy to understand and use. Learning how to book seats and check train schedules took just a few minutes, and after that, traveling felt effortless. The pass gave us the flexibility to explore multiple cities without worrying about buying separate tickets for each journey. It also saved us a significant amount of money, which is especially important for a large family. Every train we took was comfortable, clean, and on time, making our travel days stress-free. Overall, the Eurail Pass turned what could have been a complicated trip into a relaxed and enjoyable adventure. Highly recommended for families and group travelers.
I mistakenly bought this rail pass with headout, but would have bought it directly with eurail. i also didn't like that you couldn't cancel it.
The price is reasonable compared to alternative ways of travel. 2nd class is very comfortable indeed, no real need to overpay for 1st class. But, one star less for unclear guide for seat reservations - I've booked seats via DBahn from Frankfurt to Paris and then checked whether I did everything corect to double check. But consultants in Frankfurt station said that I'd done smthing incorrect, and if I'm not mistaken, I booked the seats for residents whereas I'm not resident of EU. But there was no obvious way to book as non-resident. So spent 33 euros needlessly.
Everything worked well ! The schedules for the four trips were on time, the seats were very comfortable and the overall flexibility is great - much better and cheaper and faster and more comfortable than flying
It was great to have the ability to not worry about missing the next train and have so many options. It would be great if you could make more reservations for sleeper trains through the planner app and see how much you saved too!
The boarding process is always super easy and simple, and I love how many of the trains are switching to carbon neutral.
The system of booking and activating trains at stations, to have multiple options to choose from and the easyness to board trains.
Buying and scheduling was easy. It was used in Switzerland and Italy with no questions asked. It is the cheapest way to travel. For trains which needs reservation, a separate payment is needed but also not expensive and also easy to do. This is the best option for travellers to Switzerland and accross Europe that does not opt for rental cars.
Speed of the Global Pass purchase process and good reception at the offices of the stations in Madrid.
It's difficult to add a journey and get a pass. It's supposed to be straightforward and easy.

Friendly staff, easy access.
This tour takes in the main islands outside Venice. The visit to the wind tunnel is interesting. Time on each island is limited, which gives the tour a rhythm, but can give the impression of not taking your time.
Everything very well organized. Prepared guide r friendly staff. I would only suggest the possibility of extending the stay in Murano.
It was quite a good experience, but sometimes you can think that this trip is not for you. This islands are really small and have almost nothing special. In case you want to buy some souvenirs from glass, the Murano island is perfect for that. The Torcello island totally not worth to visit, it has one church and it is it. The Burano island is colorful, abd contains a lot of tiny streets, you can take some great photos and eat some sweets. It has a lot of souvenirs stores. The rral time on each island is 50 minutes, but it is more than enough to walk around.
Very nice to see the islands quickly. It says 75minutes per island but it was only 45, we didn't have much time to visit the cities. 30€ is for the boat only, no activity is prepared, it's only free time (except for glass blowing demonstration). The guide was nice but the microphone was way too loud.
Beautiful tour and great price. However, it was not specified that at the meeting point we needed to go to the ticket office, rather I expected a recognizable person to take us directly to the boat. In addition, I had changed the time a week before with confirmation email and new tickets, but at the ticket office they told me we were marked for the earlier time and I by showing the new tickets I am told "the tickets say what they want". The guide unfortunately cannot hear well when he speaks in the boat.
Visit is generally ok! A little more time in Murano would be better as most of the time was in the factory.
Nice experience with beautiful houses and views ✨
Glass blowing at the Mazzucato Furnace
The guide was not giving clear/easy to understand instructions about the boarding times and rushed the tour.
Reliable, kind and professional staff
Beautiful experience, but very little time spent on the islands.
Top-notch experience, the only downside being that we didn't have enough time on each island.

Needed some transport from the city to the airport but didn't really want to get the train or bus as we were staying in St Marks square which is a long way from the stations. Easy to book online and compared to a taxi at 200 Euros it's geat value at 70Euros for two people. They pick up from the taxi rank and we're on time with a friendly reception. The boats hold about 10-12 people but plenty of room, the trip takes about 50 minutes to the airport from where we got on which is the furthest stop and picks others up on the way. Well recommended
Brilliant service. Really well organised
Driver was kind and got us where we were going
Everything was smooth, went to the counter, expedited us to a boat, and we were on our way.
The information about the meeting point and time came as announced. The departure was punctual and quick. The cab was not overloaded. You could have chosen the meeting point closer to the hotel, but that is probably often not possible in terms of coordination.
Smooth ride in a nice boat with good pick-up and delivery locations
It was quick and efficient. I would recommend it to anyone
The taxi skipper was very helpful and polite. The we really enjoyed the trip around and to the airport

We can get on and off everywhere. We loved the bus stop shelters and the digital displays showing when the next vaporetto was coming.
Entry with the skip the line feature was wonderful-we just walked right in. The palace is a must see-it was beautiful and the legal history was so interesting
There was an additional charge for the ticket and then you had to book three tickets before you reached the machine that printed out the ticket. No longer up to date.
The ticket is good for traveling and you can ride everything. Simply check in. However, the purchase is cumbersome, buy online, go to some vending machine I know where and then print out the ticket. I understand that it has to be printed out, otherwise you can't ride the water bus, the barrier to the ride only opens when you put on the ticket
At first I was worried about where I could redeem the ticket. It was all very easy at a ticket machine. The ships arrived on time.
The ticketing and entry process was easy! The Doges Palace is a hidden gem yet so very obvious! Really enjoyed the experience.
File cut appreciable. The Doges' Palace is a must-see in Venice. 30 euros is the entrance fee. Allow a minimum of 2 hours, or even 3. We recommend it.
The skip the line entry was great. The palace is magnificent.
Must leave lots of time to find meeting place are tickets redemption location, but there was so much to see.
Easy to register and very useful to have tickets in your pocket just on arrival.
It was a day to remember! The palace was grand from the beginig to the end.
